How is it different from a standard electric cylinder?+
It uses a refrigeration cycle to move heat from air into water, rather than relying only on an electric resistance element. Some systems also include backup electric heating.
Will it fit where my current cylinder is?+
There are flexible installation options. An integrated outdoor unit can free up indoor cupboard space, while a split system separates the cylinder and heat-pump unit. We’ll recommend a layout with suitable airflow and maintenance access.
